Before calling it helps if you have either your Vonage phone number or account number in front of you.
1. Call 1-866-243-4357
2. Say billing or press 0, keep on pressing 0
3. Once speaking to someone ask to be transferred to the cancellation department
4. Tell them you want to cancel your service because your pet dog died
(They have a script for every reason you give them except this one)
5. That’s it! Bye Bye Vonage!
